Implementasi Metode Klasifikasi Simple Additive Weighting (Saw) Dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Coffee Shop Berbasis Website

ABSTRACT
This research aims to address the issue of the lack of effectiveness in determining the best coffee shop with suitable facilities for students to relax and study together. The proposed solution is to design a decision support system that helps students find a suitable and comfortable coffee shop, considering criteria such as the café's facilities, desired location, and price range within the students' budget. The research utilizes the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The developed system was tested with 20 respondents, implementing the predefined 4 criteria. The results of the usability testing showed a satisfaction level of 91.75%, while the black box testing achieved a success rate of 100%. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the decision support system for selecting coffee shops, using the SAW method and tested with usability and black box testing, provides satisfactory results. The SAW criteria, including location, price, atmosphere, and café facilities, help students determine a café that aligns with their preferences. In accuracy testing, both manual calculations and system-generated calculations produced the same rankings.
