Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran History Card Untuk Penguatan Pengetahuan Sejarah Pada Pembelajaran Sejarah Indonesia Kelas XI IPS SMAN 3 Mandau
This research attempts to develop a History Card learning media to strengthen
historical knowledge in Indonesian History lessons for class XI IPS SMAN 3
Mandau on the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence. The type of research is
Research & Development with the ADDIE development model which is divided
into five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and
Evaluation. The results of the study showed that (1) in the development process a
History Card learning media was created that could be used in class XI Indonesian
History lessons on the Events of the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence;
(2) the results of the overall feasibility test for the History Card learning media
obtained a percentage of 93.8% from material experts, 92% from media experts,
87.4% for small group trial students and 86.4% for large group trial students with
overall category “very feasible”; (3) the strengthening of students' historical
knowledge using the History Card learning media which is marked by an increase
in students' knowledge from pretest to posttest results, increased student attention
and motivation, facilitates students in learning, fosters student self-confidence and
maintains a conducive classroom climate because of its use while playing so that
it is fun for students as seen from the results of the questionnaire in the indicator
of the usefulness of reinforcement which gets the "very good" category.
