Dampak Keberadaan Usaha Sarang Burung Walet Terhadap Harga Rumah Di Tembilahan Kota Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of swallow nest business on house prices in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency. To find out the distance of residence, building area, land area, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and the size of the sound influence on house prices around the Swallow Bird business in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods of correlation type. The population is the total number of family heads in the area around the wallet bird's nest business as many as 2,790 houses. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, so the sample was 100 people.
The results of this study indicate that the house price in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency is 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Distance of residence, area of house building, land area, number of bedrooms and sound volume have a positive and significant effect on house prices in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency, while the number of bathrooms has no effect on house prices in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
