ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, labor, and raw materials on the production of skin crackers in Pekanbaru City and what variables have the most influence on skin crackers in Pekanbaru City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is cross-sectional data for 2023. The population for this study is 13 business units, and the sample is taken using the census sample method, where all business units are sampled. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study showed that all independent variables (capital, labor, and raw materials) had a significant effect on the dependent variable (production) of skin crackers in Pekanbaru City. The raw material variable is the most dominant variable affecting the production of skin crackers in Pekanbaru City with a regression coefficient of 1.111101. The influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable (Adjusted R²) is 80.51%, while the remaining 19.49% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
