ABSTRACT
The drive circuit functions as a voltage source to drive an electronic circuit. The voltage source (Power Supply) is made using a switching mode with the Boost Converter topology. The component used as a switch is IGBT type IRG4BC30UD. The time of life (on) and (off) of the IGBT is controlled by the control circuit produced by the SG3525 IC. Switching mode power supply with the Boost Converter topology is made to produce a constant 30V voltage. The input source that will be used is a 12V-12.7V Rechargeable Lead Acid Accumulator. To supply as many as 30 0.5W SMD LEDs which will be arranged in 3 strands with each strand consisting of 10 SMD LEDs installed in series.
