ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on employee engagement at PT. United Tractors Tbk Pekanbaru. The independent variables are perceived organizational support (X1) and self-efficacy (X2). While the dependent variable is employee engagement (Y). in this study the method used was quantitative descriptive analysis with the SPSS program. The population in this study were 57 permanent employees, with the sample technique used, namely census/total sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale. The data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and significance test with t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement. The second shows that self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee engagement. The results of research on the effect of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on employee engagement at PT. United Tractors Tbk Pekanbaru shows there is a significant effect.
