Analisis Efisiensi Dan Pengaruh Penggunaan Faktor Produksi Industri Penjahitan Dan Pembuatan Pakaian Sesuai Pesanan Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the technical efficiency, price efficiency, and economic efficiency of the tailoring industry and the manufacture of custom clothing in Pekanbaru City. The data used are secondary data and primary data. This secondary data is sourced from the Pekanbaru City Industry and Trade Service while the primary data is obtained from a questionnaire conducted through interviews with 59 respondents in the tailoring and clothing manufacturing industry in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive quantitative through the cobb douglas production function analysis method with the application of the stochastic frontier production function and return to scale. The variables used are capital and wages of labor labor in the tailoring industry and custom made clothing in Pekanbaru City. The results showed that the labor variable had a positive and significant effect on tailoring production and custom made clothing. Technical efficiency is 0.89617233, price efficiency is 0.5224, and economic efficiency is 0.4681. While the Return To Scale value is 0.895, meaning that the tailoring and custom clothing manufacturing industry in Pekanbaru City experiences the principle of decreasing return to scale with an economic efficiency value of less than one, meaning that efficiency in the use of production factors has not been achieved. So to achieve overall efficiency it is necessary to reduce the input proportionally.
