Analisis Kualitas Pupuk Organik Cair Hasil Dekomposisi Sampah Rumah Tangga Menggunakan Larva Black Soldier Fly Dan Waktu Fermentasi Air Lindi Dengan Effective Microorganisme 4
ABSTRACK
Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae have been studied to be able to decompose organic waste by utilizing the larvae which will extract energy and vegetable waste, animal carcass food scraps, and feces as organic matter. BSF larvae residue from the remaining decomposition process of organic waste used as compost contains nutrients for fertilizer. This study aims to identify temperature, pH, WRI values, C-Organic, macronutrients (N+P2O5+K2O) in liquid organic fertilizers. Liquid organic fertilizer is a solution resulting from the decomposition of organic matter which contains more than one element. The leachate resulting from the decomposition is then fermented with the addition of EM-4 as an activator. The results of measurements of the decomposition process of organic waste obtained pH values ranging from 6.5-6.9, temperatures ranging from 31oC-39oC, and WRI values of 7.5%. The results of the analysis of liquid organic fertilizer obtained are pH values ranging from 5.6 to 6.4. The C-Organic content in liquid organic fertilizers ranges from 12%-22.1%, and for macronutrient levels (N+P2O5+K2O) it ranges from 5.16%-7.05%. The results of the liquid organic fertilizer test are then compared with the quality standards according to Minister of Agriculture Decree No 261/KPTS/SR.310/M/4/2019 concerning Minimum Technical Requirements for Organic Fertilizers, Biological Fertilizers, and Soil Improvers.
