ABSTRACT The Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is organized for the benefit of the community so that its formation, implementation and utilization requires active participation from the community. Posyandu activities require the active participation of mothers who have toddlers to bring their toddlers to Posyandu so that they can monitor the growth and development of their toddlers every month. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of mothers under five in supporting the Posyandu program at Posyandu Sakura Jorong Air Putih. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was 110 toddlers. The sampling technique in this study used the slovin formula, which obtained a sample of 52 mothers who had toddlers. Data collection was carried out through primary data using questionnaires and secondary data. The results of the study can be concluded that the participation of mothers in supporting the Posyandu program for health education is categorized as medium with a score of 416, health services are categorized as high with a score of 468, immunization is categorized as high with a score of 634, an increase in the nutritional status of toddlers is categorized as moderate with a score of 572, and prevention of local endemic diseases is categorized as moderate with a score of 920.
