Analisis Perbandingan Non-Peforming Finance (Npf) Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (Bsi) Sebelum Dan Sesudah Kebijakan Merger

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the difference in Non-Performing Finance (NPF) in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) before and after the implementation of the merger policy. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from financial reports publicly available on the official website of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) for the period of 2019-2022. The data analysis technique employed is nonparametric statistics using the Wilcoxon test for drawing conclusions. Based on the Wilcoxon test, a significant value of < 0.05 was obtained for NPF, specifically 0.000. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a difference in Non-Performing Finance (NPF) in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) before and after the implementation of the merger policy, where it is evidenced that NPF in Bank Syariah Indonesia has significantly decreased following the merger policy implementation. This difference arises as a positive outcome of the merger policy involving three banks (BSM, BRIS, BNIS) into Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
