Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Smk Multi Mekanik Masmur Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work stress on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at Masmur Multi-Mechanical High School Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 58 teachers. The number of samples in this study amounted to 58 people. The sampling technique in this study used the census method. The research data analysis method used SmartPLS Version 4. The results showed that compensation and work stress had a significant effect on teacher motivation. then compensation, work stress and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance. Then compensation and work stress have a significant effect on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.
