Formulasi Substrat Pelepah Sawit Pengomposan Dengan Isolat Lokal Aspergillus Terreus Iirta Sebagai Alternatif Budidaya Jamur Tiram (Pleurotus Ostreatus Jacq Ex. Kummer)
ABSTRACT
This study was undertaken to evaluate the feasibility of oil palm fronds alternative
substrat for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus.The purpose of this research was
to determine the formulation and consentration of oyster mushroom spawn in the
using local bioactivator Aspergillus terreus IIRTA. That substrate consentration
was P0: 100% sawdust, P1: 75% sawdust+25% OPF, P2: 50% sawdust+50%OPF,
P3: 25% sawdust+75% OPF, P4: 100% OPF. Spawn consentration was J1: 10%
and J2: 20%. The bst formulation was P1J2 (75% sawdust+ 25% OPF) wich
produced the highest number of fruit bodies, pileus,wet weight and dry weight
respectively ( 11,50 cm, 6,95 cm, 93,78 gr, 13,18 gr). P0J2, P1J2,P2J2 have a
good growhter, BE whittin the 85,59%-103,18%.
