Rancang Bangun Charger Portabel Menggunakan Solar Cell Polycristaline Pada Tas Traveling
ABSTRACT
The utilization of solar energy to generate electricity using solar panels is still very limited at present. Indonesia's astronomical location, which results in constant sunlight throughout the year, highlights the need to harness the solar potential in Indonesia as effectively as possible. The increasing use of gadgets in Indonesia also emphasizes the necessity of having available power sources while traveling outdoors. Due to the difficulty in finding power sources while on the go, this research proposes a portable device that can generate electricity from sunlight using solar panels. Apart from serving as a power source, the device is also capable of fast charging users' mobile phones, enabling faster charging times. The device utilizes a polycrystalline CNC340x220-6 solar panel, generating 6 W of power. A lithium polymer battery is used to store the energy, connected to a solar control charge as a power charging controller from the solar panel. The device is also equipped with a QC 3.0 module, capable of fast charging mobile phones with a power output of 20 W. The results demonstrate that the device can charge a Samsung A52 smartphone fully in 1 hour and 14.
