ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of job rotation on employee performance; (2) the effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance; (3) the effect of job rotation on job satisfaction; (4) the effect of non-financial compensation on job satisfaction; (5) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (6) the effect of job rotation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable; (7) the effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
The data collection method used in this research used a questionnaire. The population in this study was 126 employees at Bank BRI Dumai Branch. This research is quantitative research using purposive sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression analysis, and regression analysis using path analysis.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant effect between job rotation on employee performance; (2) there is a significant effect between non-financial compensation on employee performance; (3) there is a significant effect between job rotation on job satisfaction; (4) there is a significant effect between non-financial compensation on job satisfaction (5) there is a significant effect between job satisfaction on employee performance (6) there is a significant effect between job Rotation on performance through job satisfaction (7) there is a significant effect between non-financial compensation on performance through job satisfaction.
