Aplikasi Beberapa Dosis Pupuk Kompos Tkks Dan Tinggi Pembumbunan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.)
Peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.) are a food crop with economic value and high nutritional content. Peanut productivity continues to decline, one of the reasons is the decline in soil fertility and suboptimal cultivation techniques. Efforts to increase peanut productivity include the use of organic fertilizer from empty fruit bunch (EFB) compost and the height of the mound. This research aims to determine the interaction of giving several doses of EFB compost and the height of the mound and to obtain the best EFB dosage and height of the mound to support the growth and production of peanut plants. This research used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor is the dose of EFB compost which consists of 3 levels, namely: K1 =5 t.ha-¹, K2 = 10 t.ha-¹, and K3 = 15 t.ha-¹, and the second factor is height of the mound which consists of 3 levels, namely: P0 = 0 cm, P1 = height 5 cm, and P2 = height 10 cm. From these two factors, 9 treatment combinations were obtained and each was repeated 3 times to obtain 27 experimental units. The research results showed that the interaction between the application of EFB compost and the height of the mound had no significant effect on all parameters, but the height of the soil had an effect on the parameters of plant height, pod weight an plant, pod weight an m2, number of pods an plant, number of seeds an plant, and weight of 100 seeds. The combination of EFB compost treatment at dose of 10 t.ha-1 and a mounding height of 10 cm gave better results.
