Rancang Bangun Alat Pengendali Charging Dan Discharging Generator Impuls Tegangan Rendah Menggunakan PLC

The control system used in the impulse generator circuit helps monitor or control the process of charging and discharging the capacitor. This tool is equipped with an Outseal Mega V1 Compact PLC as a controller to process the program used on the tool. Additionally, it controls 12 Vdc relays and contactors. The contactor used has specifications of 25 Amperes and 220 Volts as a breaker and connecting contact in the circuit during the process of charging and discharging the capacitor. The capacitors used are 4 arranged in parallel with the specifications for each capacitor being 75,000 MFD and 100 VDC. The switch for controlling charging and discharging is displayed digitally using a PC or laptop using a Haiwell HMI which is set according to the PLC program that has been made.
