Prarancangan Pabrik Trisodium Phospate Menggunakan Proses Reaksi Netralisasi Dengan Disain Alat Utama Reaktor (R-102)
Trisodium phosphate is a product that is needed in the industrial, medical and household worlds. Trisodium phosphate is the most complex compound and commercial products generally vary in composition and often contain excess sodium hydroxide. The dual salts of trisodium phosphate and sodium hypochlorite are active sources of alkalinity and chlorine in disinfectant cleaners and automatic dishwashing formulations. This solution is purely alkaline and contains active chlorine, which is used as a disinfectant cleaner, scouring powder and automatic washing machine material. Trisodium Phosphate uses the raw materials NaOH, H3PO4 and Na2CO3. The pre-designed Trisodium Phosphate factory using a neutralization process with a capacity of 35,000 tons/year will be planned in the Banten Industrial Area. The results of the pre-design economic analysis of the Trisodium Phosphate Factory Using the Neutralization Process are the BEP (Break event Point) obtained in the design of this factory at 25% capacity. The ROI (Rate of Investment) obtained in this design is 16%, the IRR (Interest Rate of Return) obtained in this design is 22.76%. The interest rate of return value is the interest rate that produces a net present value price at the end of the factory's life that is equal to zero, the IRR value must be below 30%. The PBP (Pay Back Period) obtained in this design is 4.3 years. The PBP value indicates whether a factory is suitable to be established or not, the time span for capital payback should be less than 5 years of operation. From the data from the economic analysis calculations above, it can be concluded that the Trisodium Phosphate factory using the Neutralization Process is feasible to establish.
