Kebijakan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Di Sdn 032 Tembilahan Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
SUMMARY
The problem that will be examined in the research is to find out about the school principal's policies in implementing the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) in the Independent Curriculum. Apart from that, the research focus also wants to look at aspects that influence the implementation of the P5 policy at SD Negeri 032 Tembilahan. The strategies used in implementing P5 are among the things that will be revealed in this research. Finally, the problem that we want to research is the supporting and inhibiting factors in P5.
This research aims to describe the policies taken by the Principal of SD Negeri 032 Tembilahan in implementing P5. Apart from that, this research aims to explain the aspects that influence policy implementation in implementing P5. Describing the strategies adopted in implementing P5 is also the aim of this research. The final objective is to explain the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing P5 at SD Negeri 032 Tembilahan.
The research approach used is qualitative research. This method examines the condition of natural objects with data collection techniques carried out by triangulation. Data were collected by making direct observations at SD Negeri 032 during implementation and P5 celebrations. Interviews were conducted with school principals, teachers, students and parents to obtain data. Apart from that, documentation in the form of photographs and other related documents was also collected to obtain comprehensive data. The analysis is inductive and the results emphasize meaning rather than generalization.
The research results show that in policy, school principals start with planning, implementing and evaluating policies. At the planning stage, the principal forms a curriculum acceleration team, forms a Learning Committee Board (DKP), encourages increasing the capacity of educators, prepares an Educational Operational Curriculum (KOSP), allocations and BOS for P5 and carries out outreach. In the implementation stage, the school principal forms a team of facilitators who are given the authority to design and run P5 from inception to celebration. The principal's job is only to accompany and request P5 reports periodically. At the evaluation stage, the school principal reflects and assesses what is good and needs to be improved. What needs to be improved is the level of school readiness and the capacity of educators in implementing project-based learning, especially in assessment techniques. The most prominent aspect that influences the running of P5 at SD Negeri 032 is having adequate resources, both human and supporting. Including economic conditions, social conditions and politics. The strategies used when implementing P5 are, understanding P5, preparing the school ecosystem, designing P5, managing, processing assessments and conducting evaluations. Supporting factors for implementing P5 include a school principal with good competence, having driving teachers, several people with academic qualifications up to Masters, supporting infrastructure, strategic location of the school, input from students from families who support adequate education and finances. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the need for time to adapt to the new curriculum, including the implementation of P5. Another factor is misconceptions about understanding P5 by some teachers
