Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Negeri Se Kecamatan Gaung Anak SerkaKabupaten Indragiri Hilir
SUMMARY
To maintain the existence of a school of course requires good teacher performance, organizational culture and high work discipline. Therefore, the author was encouraged to conduct research on the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in Gaung Anak Serka District. This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of work discipline on teacher performance, 2) The influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, 3) The influence of work discipline and organizational culture together on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Gaung Anak Serka sub-district, Indragiri Hilir Regency .
Work Discipline is Based on these opinions it can be concluded that work discipline is when employees always come and go home on time. Do all work well, comply with all company regulations and applicable social norms.
. Organizational culture is a system of values, norms and beliefs held by a group of people in an organization that differentiates it from others. This is very important for a company or organization because it can determine performance, efficiency and success.
This research uses quantitative with an expost-facto associative design. This research was carried out in the Gaung Anak Serka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, where there are 21 state elementary schools. The time for conducting the research was three months. The population in this study was 91 civil servant teachers and the sample was 75 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data validity tests used are validity tests and reliability tests. The analysis prerequisite tests include normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests using simple regression tests, namely the t test and multiple regression tests using the F test. Based on the first hypothesis test, it can be seen that the significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) teacher work discipline towards organizational culture is sig 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of work discipline variables on organizational culture variables. In other words, the better the teacher's work discipline, the better the organizational culture of the Gaung Anak Serka District Public Elementary School. The results of the second hypothesis test can be seen that the significance value of Sig. (2-tailed): known Sig value. (2-tailed) Teacher Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance is sig 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the teacher Organizational Culture variable on teacher Organizational Culture. In other words, the higher the teacher's professional competency score (X2), the higher the career development of State Elementary School teachers in Gaung Anak Serka District.
