Gambaran Klinis Dan Laboratorium Pasien Artritis Reumatoid Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Tahun 2019-2022
ABSTRACT
Rheumatoid arthritis is a progressive autoimmune disease with chronic inflammation that can cause pain, swelling, and stiffness in the joints, especially in the hands, feet, and knees. This study aims to determine the clinical and laboratory features in patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital from 2019-2022. The research method was cross-sectional with a descriptive approach using a total sampling method involving 35 rheumatoid arthritis patients. The data of this study is secondary data that is medical records collected cross-sectionally to all rheumatoid arthritis patients. The results stated that from 35 patients, it was found that this disease was predominantly by women, 20 patients (57,1%) with the largest age group being 46-59 years, 12 patients (34,3%), and the main symptoms was joint pain, 35 patients (100%). Laboratory examination of rheumatoid arthritis patients with Rheumatoid Factor (RF) non- reactive in 13 of 20 patients (37,1%), C-Reactive Protein (CRP) increased in 13 of 15 patients (37,1%), Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) increased in 2 of 3 patients (5,7%), and leukocytes increased and normal in 8 patients (22,9%).
