Gambaran Pasien Hemodialisis Rutin Yang Dirawat Inap Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2021 – 2022

ABSTRACT
Chronic kidney disease is a damaged kidney with abnormalities within the kidney structure and function that lasts for ≥3 months, based on the pathological abnormalities or other signs of damage accompanied by a decreasing Glomerular Filtration Rate with a value of 120 mg/dL, 56.3% had creatinine levels of >8 mg/dL, 58.3% had normal-category sodium levels, and 54.2% had normal-category potassium levels. This research concludes that hospitalized routine hemodialysis patients at RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province for the 2021-2022 period are predominantly men aged 40-60, with shortness of breath being the most common clinical condition.
