Hubungan Antenatal Care Dengan Angka Kejadian Preeklampsia Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2019 - 2022
ABSTRACT
Preeklampsia is characterized by a systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg in two separate measurements with a minimum interval of 4 hours, after the 20th week of pregnancy in women who were normotensive before pregnancy, accompanied by proteinuria. There are several risk factors for the occurrence of preeclampsia, and one of them is antenatal care. This study aims to analyze the relationship between antenatal care and the incidence of preeclampsia at Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital.The research method is a retrospective cohort study conducted at Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital in Riau Province from October to December 2023. The result of this study showed the incidence of preeclampsia at Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital reached 204 cases (15.33%), with 58 cases (39.1%) being preeclampsia without severe feature and 70 cases (60.9%) being preeclampsia with severe feature. According to statistical tests, there was no significant relationship found between antenatal care and the incidence of preeclampsia.
