Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor Risiko Stunting Pada Ibu Hamil Di Desa Hangtuah Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
Stunting is a health problem that does not arise suddenly. However, the incidence of stunting can start from the period before conception to the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK). Referring to the definition of the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK), that life begins during pregnancy, where this period is a critical period in determining the quality of the baby born. Based on this statement, it can be concluded that the pregnancy period is an important period in stunting prevention efforts so that this study aims to identify stunting risk factors in pregnant women in Hangtuah village, Kampar Regency. The sample in this study was pregnant women in Hangtuah village, Kampar Regency in accordance with recommendations from the Perhentian Raja Health Center in Hangtuah Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design, which is a research design that studies and emphasizes direct data observation at the same time through interviews using questionnaires and hemoglobin level checks and direct measurement of Upper Arm Circumference (LILA). The results of this study were obtained that most pregnant women in Hangtuah village already have a good characteristic picture of stunting risk factors in pregnant women. They also have a good overview of knowledge categories about stunting and nutrition needed during pregnancy. In addition, most of the nutritional status figures in pregnant women in Hangtuah village are already in a good category and these pregnant women also mostly make good use of the health services available during pregnancy.
