Korelasi Dimensi Assurance Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Forensik Klinik Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara
ABSTRACT
A hospital is a health service institution where one of the services includes clinical forensic services. A patient's level of satisfaction directly relates to the quality of the medical care they receive. The patient's expectations will be met if they are happy with the services they received. One aspect of a service's quality is its assurance dimension. The assurance dimension covers knowledge, manners, and staff members' capacity to build patients' trust in the hospital. When it comes to the practice of clinical forensic services, health professionals' knowledge, manners, and competence are crucial because, in their capacity as healthcare providers, they must conduct an in-depth history and examination as a way to gather private patient information. The study used a quantitative analysis research design. Utilizing a cross-sectional layout. Researchers took advantage of information from earlier studies that employed a modified paper version of the (SERVQUAL) questionnaire for clinical forensic patients at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru. The study's findings demonstrated that there was a high association between the assurance dimension factors and clinical forensic patient satisfaction.
