Gambaran Nokturia Berdasarkan IPSS, CHB, Dan ICIQ NQOL Pada Pasien Urologi Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

Nocturia is voiding >2 times at night when getting up from sleep and on each subsequent of void must be followed by sleep or the desire to sleep. Nocturia assessment uses the International Prostate Symptoms Score (IPSS) questionnaire, voiding diaries, and the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Nocturia Quality of Life Module (ICIQ-Nqol). This study aimed to determine the decription of nocturia in urology patients. The design of this study is descriptive with cross sectional design using univariate analysis which was carried out in October 2023-November 2023 at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province on 158 urology patients. The questionnaire took 15 minutes using a guided interview conducted by the researcher. The results of this study showed that the highest percentage of nocturia was in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia, 29 patients (27.1%). From 158 patients examined, 107 patients (67.7%) experienced nocturia with the highest degree of LUTS being moderate, 57 patients (53.3%). The age and gender that most experienced nocturia were ≥70 years olds with 29 patients (27.1%) and male with 81 patients (75.7%). From this study it was also found that the highest drinking volume of nocturia patients was >2500 ml in 54 patients (50.5%) with a total frequency of drink >8 times in 79 patients (73.8%). From this study, it was also found that the volume and frequency of voiding in nocturia patients mostly was 1000-2500 ml in 66 patients (61.7%) with a total frequency of void was >8 times in 77 patients (72%). And from this study it was found that the quality of life of nocturia patients was mostly very bad, as many as 78 patients (72.9%) with difficulty concentrating almost every day, 51 patients (47.7%), difficulty sleeping and frequently waking up at night. every day as many as 44 patients (41.1%) and 59 patients (55.1%).
