Gambaran Farmakoterapi Pada Pasien Dermatitis Kontak Di RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau
Contact dermatitis, which is divided into irritant contact dermatitis (ICD) and allergic contact dermatitis (ACD), is a skin disease that is often encountered and can affect the quality of life of sufferers, so appropriate management is needed for sufferers. This study aims to look at the picture of pharmacotherapy in contact dermatitis patients at RSUD Petala Bumi. This research is descriptive research using medical records conducted at the Petala Bumi Regional Hospital from September to November 2023. The results of this research showed that the most frequently encountered contact dermatitis was irritant contact dermatitis (ICD) at 86.04%. The majority of patients were in the adult age group (≥20 years) at 78.4% in ICD and 85.7% in ACD with the majority being women at 70.3% in ICD and 100% in ACD. Most of the efflorescence was in the form of plaque at 67 .56% in ICD and 85.7% in ACD with the location of the most abnormalities occurring in the hands at 40.54% in ICD and 57.14% in ACD. Topical-systemic treatment is most often used in contact dermatitis patients at 70.3% in ICD and 85.7% in ACD, corticosteroid topical was most frequently used in DKI at 94,5% and 100% in DKA, and cetirizine as the drug most frequently given was 70.23% in ICD and 85.7% in ACD
