This study aims to determine the influence of collection components, facilities and infrastructure components, service components, library staff components, implementation and management components and strengthening components on superior libraries. The sample of this study is 15 accredited public elementary school libraries in Pekanbaru City. The research method used in this study is the statistical descriptive method. The data collection technique used is to collect library accreditation instruments at the elementary / madrasah level. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample technique used is surveying.
The results of this study show that the collection component has a regression coefficient of 0.257. Because the regression coefficient of the collection component variable is greater than 0 (zero), it means that the collection component partially affects the superior library. The facilities and infrastructure component has a regression coefficient of 0.256. Because the variable regression coefficient of the facilities and infrastructure component is greater than 0 (zero), it means that the facilities and infrastructure component partially affects the superior library. The service component has a regression coefficient of 0.255. Because the regression coefficient of the service component variable is greater than 0 (zero), it means that the service component partially affects the superior library. The library power component has a regression coefficient of 0.256. Because the variable regression coefficient of the library power component is greater than 0 (zero), it means that the library power component partially affects the superior library. The implementation and management component has a regression coefficient of 0.256. Because the regression coefficient of the variable of the organizing and managing component is greater than 0 (zero), it means that the implementation and management component partially affects the superior library. The reinforcing component has a regression coefficient of 0.257. Because the regression coefficient of the reinforcing component variable is greater than 0 (zero), it means that the reinforcing component partially affects the superior library.
