Pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dan Competitive Advantage Pada PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) Witel Riau Daratan
In the context of increasingly fierce business competition, employee performance plays a crucial role in achieving Competitive Advantage for an organization. This research aims to analyze the influence of Human Resources (HR) development and organizational support on employee performance and its impact on Competitive Advantage at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Witel Riau Mainland. Descriptive research method with inferential statistical analysis using SEM-PLS, this research involved 162 employees as samples.
The research results show that human resource development and organizational support have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, employee performance has a significant influence on the company's Competitive Advantage. These findings emphasize the importance of investing in employee development and organizational support to improve performance which in turn will have an impact on Competitive Advantage. This research confirms that human resource development and organizational support play an important role in improving employee performance and then influencing the company's Competitive Advantage. The implications of these findings suggest organizations continue to improve HR development programs, strengthen organizational support, and focus efforts on improving employee performance as strategies to achieve Competitive Advantage in a competitive market.
