Strategi Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Desa Kualu Kecamatan Tambang
Public services are one of the important and fundamental activities in government administration. This research aims to determine the planning and strategy of public services at the Kualu Village office, Tambang District. This research uses primary data and secondary data sourced from interviews and distributing questionnaires to all employees of the Kualu Village office and the community who have been served by the Kualu Village office, as well as data sourced from the Kampar Regency Central Statistics Agency for 2022 as well as journals and literature related to this research. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis research regarding planning public service activities, it shows that to achieve a target in public service it is necessary to determine supporting activities. As for activities that support the achievement of public service targets at the Kualu Village office, namely improving the service system, improving coordination of organizers of public service activities, improving services, evaluation and performance achievements as well as increasing the fulfillment of general administration services. The results of the SWOT analysis of the position matrix show that public services at the Kualu Village office are in quadrant I (Aggressive Strategy). This aggressive strategy focuses on the SO (Strength Opportunities) strategy, namely a strategy that uses strength to take advantage of existing opportunities.
