Pengaruh Suku Bunga, Pertumbuhan Tenaga Kerja, Dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Investasi Di Provinsi Riau

This study aims to determine the development and influence of interest rates, labor growth, and economic growth on investment in Riau Province for the period 2010-2022.This study uses quantitative data using secondary data during the period 2010-2022. The method used is quantitative analysis using analytical tools namely multiple linear regression using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study indicate that partially the interest rate has a positive and significant effect on investment. Meanwhile, labor growth has a negative and significant effect on investment. Meanwhile, economic growth has a negative and insignificant effect on investment in Riau Province. Simultaneously, the interest rate of labor and economic growth together affect investment in Riau Province.
