Analisis Pengaruh Tingkat Upah, Kesempatan Kerja Dan Investasi Terhadap Migrasi Masuk Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research conducted in Pekanbaru City aims to determine the effect of wage levels, employment opportunities and investment on inbound migration in Pekanbaru City.

The data processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 25 program. The data used in this study was sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pekanbaru City.

The results of this research show that the wage level variable has a positive and significant influence on incoming migration in Pekanbaru City with a coefficient value of (0.925) and a probability t value (0.000), while the employment opportunity variable has a negative coefficient value (-2.477) and probability t value. (0.000) and investment has a negative coefficient (-0.116) and t probability (0.000) on incoming migration in Pekanbaru City. So it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant influence on incoming migration in Pekanbaru City.
