The Structure Conduct Performance (SCP) theory believes that market structure will affect the performance of an industry from a business competition standpoint, market structures that concentrate on causing various unhealthy business competition behaviors with the aim of maximizing profits. The research objective was to analyze market structure, company behavior in business and the performance of the Mirasa Crackers business in Sidomulyo Barat Village, Tampan District.
The population and sample of this study are the business owners of Mirasa Crackers and 4 competitor crackers in Sidomulyo Barat Village, Tampan District. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection used in this study was a questionnaire, interview method and documentation. The analysis used in this research was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.
From the research results it is known from the calculation of the market share of the Mirasa cracker business and competitors in Sidomulyo Barat Village, Tampan District. The highest market share of the 12 cracker business actors in West Sidomulyo Sub-District, Tampan District, is Kerupuk Raos, namely 15.15%, while the lowest market share is Kerupuk Ading, namely 5.04%. It can be seen the results of calculating the market share of the Mirasa cracker business and competitors in Sidomulyo Barat Village, Tampan District. The highest market share of the 12 cracker business actors in West Sidomulyo Sub-District, Tampan District, is Kerupuk Raos, namely 15.15%, while the lowest market share is Kerupuk Ading, namely 5.04%. Barriers to market entry can be measured by the ratio of production scale to the minimum production scale to achieve company efficiency (Minimum Efficiency Scale) with a value of 15.15%. The Mirasa Crackers Business as a cracker business unit in Sidomulyo Barat Village, Tampan District implements a marketing strategy, but of course there are obstacles faced by the Mirasa Crackers Business.
