Etos Kerja Pedagang Mie Tek-Tek Sistem Bagi Hasil (Profit Sharing) Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted on profit sharing system tek-tek noodle traders in Pekanbaru City with the aim of knowing the work ethic of traders and the lives of profit sharing system tek-tek noodle traders in Pekanbaru City. The basic review in this research uses work ethic theory and cultural value orientation. To answer the problem formulation, a descriptive qualitative method was used with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Subjects in this study were taken using a purposive sampling technique involving 6 informants with details of 5 main informants and 1 key informant. The research results show that there are 6 indicators that determine the work ethic of traders, including work enthusiasm, honesty and responsibility, discipline, skills, motivation and productivity at work. Tek-tek noodle traders have high work enthusiasm, are honest and responsible in obeying the rules of the business owner, are time disciplined in working, have work skills, have motivation to work from within themselves and from outside themselves, and productivity and income between traders is different. one with another. The life of a noodle trader using a profit sharing system is seen from the nature of his life at work. Traders see their lives as good and try to be better by always improving the quality of their work so that their lives are always oriented towards the future to fulfill their livelihood and plan to improve their lives so that to achieve this, traders always submit to nature and have a sense of mutual dependence on each other. traders, buyers, business owners and local communities to live their lives.
