Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a very important food crop in Indonesia that is produced into rice. About 90% of the Indonesian population currently consumes rice as a staple food. Productivity of upland rice on podzolic medium is low due to various constraints including acid soil reaction, organic matter content, essential nutrients, cation exchange capacity (CEC), base saturation (BS), low P availability and high P fixation with high Al saturation. Combination fertilization of zeolite rice husk (ZRH), liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) goat urine, N and P fertilizer is expected to overcome these obstacles. Zeolite has the ability to absorb water molecules and ions so that it plays a role in increasing soil CEC, fertilizer efficiency, availability of K, Ca, Mg and reducing Al solubility. Goat urine contains macro nutrients and the hormones IAA, cytokinin, gibberellin and auxin. The results showed that the application of various combinations of ZRH, goat urine LOF and N P fertilizer affected the growth and yield of upland rice. The best dose found from ZRH, LOF goat urine and N P fertilizer is a combination of 2 g ZSP + 200 ml POC goat urine + 0.31 g N + 0.25 g P2O5 per polybag because it significantly increases the growth and yield of upland rice plants, including plant height, panicle length, number of filled grains and dry milled grain weight of upland rice.
