Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan Keripik Singkong Di Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting demand for cassava chips in Pekanbaru City and also what factors affecting demand for cassava chps. The independent variabel price (X_1), consumer income (X_2), number of family members (X_3). The dependent variabel is demand (Y). This study uses a quantitative method with the research population of 2000 consumers of cassava chips in 2022 in Pekanbaru City. While the sample in this study consisted of 95 consumers, the sampling technique used was convenience sampling technique with respondent criteria, namely respondents consumed cassava chips. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that the price (X_1) has a negative and significant, meaning that price affecting demand, consumer income (X_2) has a positive and significant, meaning that consumer income affecting demand, and while the number of family members (X_3) has a positive and significant, meaning that number of family members affecting demand.
