Kesulitan Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Daring Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Di SDN 164 Pekanbaru
This research was conducted to find out the difficulties and solutions teachers use when they experience difficulties when learning Indonesian online. This research is qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research show the difficulties experienced by teachers when learning Indonesian online, namely network disruption for students, students still have limited facilities, especially cellphones, students are found to have difficulty understanding the lesson, teachers have difficulty focusing during learning because of the short time and also student enthusiasm which is relatively low, students are found who are not guided by their parents during learning, students who are less active in participating in learning, teachers who are still less than optimal in using learning methods, and lack of ability in optimizing online learning applications. To minimize the difficulties experienced by teachers, they continue to provide offline assignments, communicate continuously or regularly with parents of students, share hiring with teachers and other students, and take part in training using technology or applications that can be used during online learning.
