Korelasi Dimensi Reliable Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Forensik Klinik di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara
Patient satisfaction can be used to assess service quality and hospital evaluation. One aspect of service quality is the reliable dimension, which includes accuracy, the ability to provide services according to clear service standards, the ability to process available resources, and the ability to operate the equipment used. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of the reliable dimension of service quality to the satisfaction of forensic clinic patients at Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Hospital. The research design was quantitative analytic with data obtained from interviews with forensic clinic patients through questionnaires. Two assessment instruments used in this study clinical forensic patient satisfaction (Y) and reliable dimensions of service quality (X). Each instrument an indicator, one statement indicates satisfaction, and five statements indicate the reliable dimension of service quality, which will be asked for respondents' perceptions. Measurement is carried out on a questionnaire using a Likert scale consisting of five scores, with score one indicating strongly disagree to score five strongly agree. The sample in this study totalled 385 people. The results showed that the reliable dimension of service quality has a correlation with the satisfaction of forensic clinic patients at Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Hospital, with a correlation coefficient of 0.961 and a significant value of less than 0.05.
