Uji Isolat Bakteri Selulolitik Sebagai Pelarut Fosfat Dan Penghasil Hormon Indole Acetic Acid (Iaa)
Microorganisms in nature have an important role in human life, in particular intheagriculturalsectorsuchas acceleratingthe processof increasing nutrient availability for plants. Microorganisms in the soil play a role in the process of N fixation, P solvent, decomposer, and PGR producer. The research aimstodeterminethepotentialofcellulolyticbacteriaasaphosphatesolventand producerofthe hormone IndoleAceticAcid (IAA).Theresearchwascarriedout inSoil Science Laboratory,Faculty of Agriculture,Universityof RiaufromMay-September 2023. This research uses two types of data, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data measurement of the clear zone in the phosphate solvent test. Meanwhile, quantitative data is in the form of isolate testing cellulolytic bacteria on the ability to produce the hormone IAA. Testing is carried out with measurement of IAA levels using a spectrophotometer. The research results show that from Of the six isolates of cellulolytic bacteria, only two isolates were able to produce a clear zone on testing phosphate solvents and producing the hormone IAA. Solubility index phosphate of cellulolytic isolates in KTKS II was 1.16 and MS III was 3. Results of production measurements IAA hormone using a spectrophotometer on TKS II isolate was 58.54 ppm and MS II was 58.16 ppm. Meanwhile, isolates were KTKS I, TKS I, TKS II, and GS IIproduces IAA with a range of 15-30 ppm.
Keywords: cellulolytic bacteria, phosphate solvents, IAA, biofertilizer.
