Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an application that supports various core processes that take place at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan. This application is called Laksamana, developed and managed by SIMRS Installation. When using SIMRS, it is important to consider security aspects and associated risks. Risk management is an important strategy in managing risks that exist in an organization, by identifying, analyzing and reducing potential threats that have been identified. Based on the Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan strategic plan for 2019-2024, it appears that technology-based SIMRS is not functioning optimally. Therefore, risk management analysis is needed to deal with problems that occur. The method used in this research is OCTAVE Allegro. This research was carried out in four phases and eight steps, with the help of worksheets and questionnaires that were provided to simplify the research process. The results of this research show that the important information assets owned by the SIMRS Installation are patient medical record data and obtained 7 areas of concern that have the potential to become threats, with a mitigation approach in the form of 5 areas of concern in the mitigate category, 1 area of concern in the defer category and 1 area of concern in the defer category. of concern accept category. Based on these results, risk control recommendations are provided to prevent and minimize risks and impacts that may occur in the future.
