This study aims to determine the effect of financial attitude and financial knowledge on financial management behavior. The number of samples in this study were 61 respondents using the proportional random sampling method. This study use a quantitative approach and data were collected through distributing questionnaires. The data obtained were tested statistically using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the tests conducted show that: (1) Financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, (2) Financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, and (3) Financial attitude and financial knowledge have an effect on financial management behavior on micro business actors of grocery store in Binawidya District Pekanbaru City.
