Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Jasa Pengiriman Ekspedisi Pcp Express (Pekanbaru)
This study aims to examine the influence of corporate image and price on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the shipping services of PCP Express (Pekanbaru). The research includes four variables: the independent variables of Corporate Image and Price, the intervening variable of Customer Satisfaction, and the dependent variable of Customer Loyalty. Using purposive sampling technique to determine the sample size and appropriate respondent criteria, a total sample of 112 respondents was obtained. Path analysis was used as the data analysis tool, conducted using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 2. Based on the hypothesis testing, the study finds that corporate image and price have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction; corporate image does not have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; price and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; corporate image does not have a positive and significant effect on PCP Express customer loyalty through customer satisfaction; and price has a positive and significant effect on PCP Express customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
