ABSTRACT



This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, work environment and work enthusiasm on employee performance at PT. Riau Media Television Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees at PT. Riau Media Television Pekanbaru, totaling 60 people. The number of samples in this research was 60 people. The sampling technique in this research used the census method. The data analysis method for this research uses SmartPLS Version 4. The results of the research show that there is an influence between self-efficacy, work environment and work enthusiasm on employee performance at PT. Riau Media Television Pekanbaru..
