ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Work Performance, Discipline and Employee Loyalty on Job Promotion at PT Adimulia Agrolestari, Kuantan Singingi Regency." The population in this study were employees of PT Adimulia Agrolestari, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test the hypothesis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression data analysis with the help of the SPSS program ver 26. Sampling using saturated sampling, where all members of the population were sampled. Based on this, the sample of this study was 41 employees of PT Adimulia Agrolestari, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of the study showed that: 1) Work Performance has a positive and significant effect on Job Promotion.
2) Discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on Job Promotion. 3)
Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Job Promotion. 4) Work Performance, Discipline and Employee Loyalty together have a positive and significant effect on Job Promotion
