Analisis Timbulan Sampah B3 Rumah Tangga (Sb3-Rt) Dan Willingness To Pay (Wtp) Dalam Upaya Pengelolaan Sampah B3 Di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai

ABSTRACT
Waste generated from household activities has various types such as organic, inorganic and waste containing Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3). The type of household waste that contains B3 is often referred to as Household B3 Waste (SB3-RT). SB3-RT has characteristics that pose a risk to human health and the environment, so this waste is classified as specific waste that requires special and separate management. Currently in Marpoyan Damai Sub-district, there are no efforts made regarding the management of Household Hazardous Waste (SB3-RT). The purpose of this study is to determine the data on generation and composition as well as Wilingness To Pay for SB3-RT management. The number of samples in this study obtained 90 households. Based on SNI 19-3964-1994, the collection and measurement of the amount of SB3-RT was obtained for high income 0.023 kg/org/day or 0.221 liters/org/day, medium income 0.016 kg/org/day or 0.153 liters/org/day, low income 0.007 kg/org/day or 0.101 liters/org/day. The average SB3-RT generation in Marpoyan Damai Sub-district is 0.045 kg/org/day or 0.474 liters/org/day. Composition based on the type of use consisted of cleaning products 40%, body care 22%, paint products 16%, automotive products 14% and other products 8%. The most dominant characteristic is toxic as much as 44%. It was found that 73% of respondents were willing to pay with an average estimated amount of IDR 7,075.74 per month/KK.
