Pengaruh Pupuk Organik Kascing dan Pupuk NPK terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) Umur 7 Bulan
Vermicompost (worm castings) is a fertilizer that plays a role in increasing soil fertility and providing nutrients for plant growth. NPK fertilizer contains macro nutrients that plants need in their growth process. This research was carried out at the Technological Islamic Boarding School Land, Kulim, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru, Riau and was carried out for 5 months. Research Method This research was carried out experimentally using a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the application of vermicompost fertilizer consisting of 4, namely, K0: Without application of vermicompost fertilizer, K1 = 80 g per plant, K2 = 100 g per plant, K3 = 120 g per plant. The second factor is the provision of NPK fertilizer which consists of 3 levels: N1 = 5 g per plant, N2 = 7.5 g per plant, N3 = 10 g per plant. The parameters used were increase in seed height, increase in tuber diameter, increase in leaf width, increase in leaf length, and increase in the number of midribs. There was no interaction effect between vermicompost organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on all observed parameters. Providing a dose of vermicompost fertilizer of 80 g per plant has an effect on increasing the diameter of the tuber, increasing the width of the leaflets and increasing the length of the leaflets of oil palm seedlings in the main nursery. Giving a dose of 7.5 g NPK fertilizer per plant affected all observed paramet
