Perubahan skor urinary distress inventory-6 (udi-6) pascaoperasi pada kasus sistokel
Cystocele, the most common type of pelvic organ prolapse, often causes urinary distress that significantly reduces patients' quality of life. Anterior colporrhaphy is a widely used surgical procedure for treating cystocele; however, data on its effectiveness in Riau, particularly through changes in the Urinary Distress Inventory-6 (UDI-6) score, remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the changes in UDI-6 scores in cystocele patients before and after anterior colporrhaphy surgery. The study uses a prospective analytical design based on secondary data with repeated assessments of 39 patients with grade 3 and 4 cystocele at Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital, Riau Province. UDI-6 scores were assessed preoperatively, as well as on postoperative days 3 and 28, with data analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test.
