Pengaruh Mikoriza Dan Pupuk Fosfor Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merril)
ABSTRACT
The need for soybeans in Indonesia continues to increase, but this is not accompanied by an increase in soybean production. One of the efforts to increase soybean production is by expanding the planting area by providing mycorrhiza. Another factor that needs to be considered in the growth of soybean plants is the provision of phosphorus fertilizer. This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction of mycorrhiza and phosphorus fertilizer, the single factor of mycorrhiza and phosphorus fertilizer and to obtain the best combination of mycorrhiza and phosphorus fertilizer on the growth and yield of soybean plants. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau. The research was conducted experimentally in factorial form using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the dose of mycorrhiza consisting of 3 levels including 0 g per plant, 10 g per plant and 20 g per plant. The second factor is the provision of phosphorus fertilizer (TSP) consisting of 3 levels including 37.5 kg.ha-1, 75 kg.ha-1 and 105 kg.ha-1. The research parameters were plant height, flowering age, harvest age, total number of pods, number of full pods, percentage of full pods, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, weight of 100 seeds and percentage of roots infected with mycorrhiza. Data analysis was carried out using Duncan's multiple range test analysis at level (5%). The results of this study indicate that there is no interaction between mycorrhiza and phosphorus fertilizer in all observation parameters. Giving 20 g of mycorrhiza per plant can increase plant height, total number of pods, number of full pods, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, weight of 100 seeds and percentage of roots infected with mycorrhiza. Application of 105 kg.ha-1 phosphorus fertilizer can increase plant height, total number of pods, number of full pods, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant and weight of 100 seeds. The combination of 20 g of mycorrhiza per plant and 105 kg.ha-1 of phosphorus fertilizer is the best treatment combination that can increase the parameters of plant height, total number of pods, number of full pods, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant and weight of 100 seeds.
