Pengawasan Pengelolaan Bumdes Timur Sejahtera Di Desa Ujungbatu Timur Kecamatan Ujungbatu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Tahun 2022-2023

Supervision of the management of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) "Timur Sejahtera" in Ujung Batu Timur Village is an important effort in ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational effectiveness of the BUMDes. Through supervision involving evaluation of the performance of the management and the imposition of sanctions if necessary, it is hoped that the management of BUMDes can run in accordance with applicable regulations and the objectives of empowering the village community's economy.
Objective To explain the Supervision of the Village Government in the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in UjungBatu Timur Village, UjungBatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2022-2023 using the Supervision Theory put forward by Marigan Masry Simbolon (2004:65). The location of the research was conducted in Ujungbatu Timur Village and the Timur Sejahtera BUMDes Office. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that the Timur Sejahetra BUMDes in Ujungbatu Timur Village has carried out various Supervision activities. In its implementation, the Timur Sejahtera BUMDes receives support from the government through human resources, infrastructure resources, and financial resources. However, in its management, BUMDes Timur Sejahtera experiences obstacles in the availability of human resources who do not understand the tasks and functions of BUMDes management, infrastructure damage and Bad Savings and Loans. This causes BUMDes Timur Sejahtera to be Less Effective in Supervising its Management.
