Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bumdes Kabupaten Kuantan
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of leadership on job
satisfaction, compensation on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on
job satisfaction of BUMDes employees in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This
research method uses quantitative descriptive methods, the population in this
research is 168 BUMDes and the sample in this research is 35 BUMDes in
Kuantan Singingi Regency. In Roscoe's theory, taking the minimum number of
samples is included in purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used
were questionnaires, documentation, and Google forms (G-Form), measured
using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this research were
respondent descriptive, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression,
and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research data analysis, the
regression coefficient shows that Leadership has a positive and significant effect
on Job Satisfaction, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job
Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect
on Job Satisfaction of BUMDes Employees in Kuantan Singingi Regency.
