Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Produk Mie Instan Lemonilo Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the influence of Product Quality and Price on
Repurchase Intention of Lemonilo Instant Noodles through Customer Satisfaction
in Pekanbaru City. The research was conducted on residents of Pekanbaru aged 17
and above who have consumed Lemonilo Instant Noodles. The sampling technique
used is Non-Probability Sampling, specifically Purposive Sampling, which does not
provide equal opportunity for each individual. The number of samples used in this
study was determined using Hair's formula, resulting in a total of 150 respondents.
Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
method with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, utilizing Smart-PLS
software version 4.0
The results of the study show that Product Quality and Price have a
significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with Lemonilo Instant Noodles. Product
Quality, Price, and Customer Satisfaction significantly influence the Repurchase
Intention of Lemonilo Instant Noodles. Product Quality and Price also affect the
Repurchase Intention of Lemonilo Instant Noodles through Customer Satisfaction.
